Error Filesystem

The "error" filesystem type is used internally as a catch-all in the
case where none of the other filesystems was selected, or some other
error occurred. Lookups and mounts always fail with "No such file or
directory". All other operations trivially succeed.
The error filesystem is not directly accessible.
